JUST BEACHY DAY OF EXPRESS
Consultation to discuss your visions and budget, Once a month update/confirmation of new details, Consultation by Phone, Email or Meeting 5 Hours, We will provide a short list of vendor referrals, Ceremony and reception layouts as well as a setup schedule and wedding day timeline, Supervised wedding Vendor Set Up, Will assist with the set up of all approved & previously discussed decor.
 

JUST BEACHY CONSULTATION
Just starting out? You may or may not need full service coordination. Through the consultation process, we can determine exactly what your needs will be. Partial price of package may be applied towards upgraded services. Advice and guidance (via phone, email or face to face) discussing your ideas for what you have pictured and have dreamt the day to be like. We can also provide vendor referrals if needed.

CUSTOM PRICING IS AVAILABLE FOR NEW BOOKINGS WITHIN 90 DAYS OF EVENT. A 10% DISCOUNT WILL APPLY TO NEW PACKAGE BOOKINGS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF EVENT

JUST BEACHY EVENT DECORATION
Set up and decorating services for the ceremony and reception. 4 hours of advice and guidance (via phone, email or face to face) discussing your ideas for what you in vision the day to be like. We will assist with the set up of all approved & previously discussed decor. Decorations are to be provided by client. Unless otherwise arranged through Just Beachy Events or another rental company.  Rental decoration items are available through Just Beachy Events*.
 

RENTAL ITEMS
Decorative items can be rented such as vases, assorted glass & rice paper candle holders
and vintage glass bottles.  We can help locate specialty or themed items for you as well. Please inquire for specific pricing.
*Additional Decorations such as Paper Lanterns, Fabric etc will be custom priced depending on specific needs.

Security Deposits for Rentals in addition to rental fee may apply with certain items until they are returned in good condition.

This package is designed for the true destination wedding. With a weekend of multiple events, you want to make sure all the details are taken care of from start to finish. This package is designed to cover all the items in between for the couple that wants someone to help pull it all together.

Rehearsal walkthrough Wedding rehearsal direction & Procession and Recessional Coordination Rehearsal Dinner: Coordination and planning assistance with the rehearsal dinner to establish a budget, find a perfect location and assist with setup of all approved decor. Supervised Vendor Set Up If Needed.

Wedding  Day Finding a perfect location for your ceremony and reception, Helping with suggestions to design your wedding start to finish, Bi-Weekly contact via phone or email, Discussing your wedding budget and providing a working document to manage it, We will provide all vendor referrals and will attend all vendor meetings, Review and manage all contracts with vendors for any events
